Numerex to Present at the 35th Annual SMid-Cap Technology Conference May 30th

ATLANTA, May 17 / -- Numerex Corp., a leader in wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) data communications, today announced that Stratton Nicolaides, CEO of Numerex will present at the Cowen and Company 35th Annual SMid-Cap Technology Conference on May 30, 2007. The conference will be held at The New York Palace Hotel, 455 Madison Avenue in New York City, May 30th-June 1st.

Mr. Nicolaides will give a thirty minute presentation followed by a brief Q & A at 2:30 pm. Mr. Nicolaides will discuss the Company's comprehensive line of wireless M2M communication solutions and the role this technology plays in a wide range of applications. Specifically, he will discuss Numerex's product offerings within the M2M space, which enable real-time wireless device connectivity, including Numerex' wireless M2M technology, networks and solutions. An overview of the Company's successes in developing and marketing proprietary applications will be presented as well as a review of the Company's financial results for the first quarter of 2007, which were announced earlier in May. For the full-year 2006, the Company reported that revenues grew from $29.9 million to $52.8 million, an increase of 76%. For the year, the Company reported net income of $4.1 million compared to net income of $593,000 for 2005.
