In so doing, NAV has demonstrated that they are qualified to sell, install, and support Cisco solutions in USA.

As a Cisco Certified Partner, NAV will be required to measure customer satisfaction and will be independently audited by Cisco to ensure a uniform standard of excellence is maintained. Re-certification is required on a yearly basis.
