Re-Branding Initiative Integrates SAP Division into Global Organizational Structure
ATLANTA, Aug. 3 / -- NIIT Technologies Inc., and its parent company NITT Technologies Limited, a global IT service provider, announced today the complete integration of its SAP division, Osprey, into the company's global organizational structure. The SAP division (formerly Osprey), based at NITT Technologies Inc.'s US headquarters in Atlanta, will now operate under the brand name of 'NIIT Technologies.'
Osprey was an independent SAP strategic consulting firm focused on the manufacturing SMB market with the aim of providing reliable, high value services in implementing, maintaining and managing enterprise applications for customers in the ERP segment, when acquired by NIIT Technologies.

New Delhi-based NIIT Technologies Limited recently announced its first quarter results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, showing consolidated revenues of Rs. 229.4 crore, representing a growth of 20% over the same period last year.
