Nexergy Receives United Way Award

COLUMBUS, OH (USA) - Nexergy, a leading designer, integrator, and manufacturer of battery packs and chargers, was presented the United Way award at a recent United Way "Celebration of Excellence" luncheon in Columbus, Ohio. The award recognizes the generous contributions of Nexergy employees to this important charitable organization.
Beyond traditional financial contributions, the company and its employees were recognized for their commitment to volunteer work; employees assisted 7 different charitable organizations in 2005 alone. In addition to receiving the United Way award, Nexergy was selected as a finalist for the Columbus Corporate Caring award for employees' active involvement in the local community.
