New Testing Laboratory Features Full-Size, Fully Operating Trim Systems and Auxiliary Equipment

Precision AirConvey Runs Rigorous Tests Before Authorizing Its Shipments

Newark, DE: Pneumatic conveying systems manufacturer Precision AirConvey (PAC), Newark, Del. (www.precisionairconvey.com), has unveiled a new testing laboratory at its corporate headquarters featuring full-size, fully operating edge trim removal systems and auxiliary equipment to enable customers to personally operate the equipment and test their materials in conditions that closely simulate actual operating conditions before purchasing. Open for tours by appointment to converters, plastics processors, recycling companies and others, the well-equipped testing laboratory features both an inline cutter/fan edge trim removal system and a venturi-based system that can be tested with static controls and either a cyclone or the company's advanced slant screen separator on the back end. The pristine facility also includes the company's WastePAC Densifier and repelletizing system for plastic film recycling; its roll splitter for recycling plastic film, foil and paper and its proprietary dust collection system, engineered for high performance in trim handling applications.

With the new, on-site testing laboratory, PAC offers to run rigorous tests on virtually every system and component before authorizing shipment to the customer. The tests are also available in live action video on DVD as visual documentation.
