New Products Help Fedesa Consolidate UK Position

STOKE-ON-TRENT, England, -- Fedesa has launched two new chairs to help them continue their recent growth in the UK market.
The Spanish manufacturer has released the entry-level Acanto Light and the side-lift Arco to build on their success of the past 12 months.
According to Fedesa bosses, the Acanto Light has the same build quality as top level chairs at a very competitive price point. It is designed to help fight off competition from cheaper products coming into the UK from the Far East.
And the Arco is a stylish delivery unit which enables dentists to fit their knees under the chair, giving them an ergonomically better working position and relieving pressure on their back.
A quarter of the upholstery has also been replaced with a hard-wearing plastic to make the chair easier to clean.
Fedesa UK Director Jason Roberts said: "We've made strides forward in the past year and now have engineers all over the UK and Ireland.
"The new products will help us add to that momentum, and we are already fielding lots of enquiries about the Arco."
Fedesa UK is based in Biddulph, Staffordshire, and handles all enquiries from North Wales, Manchester and Merseyside. They are actively recruiting sub-dealers to cover the rest of the UK and have recently filled the positions in Scotland, Ireland and the South West of England.
Fedesa is currently the world's sixth largest manufacturer of dental chairs and equipment.
