New Global Telecom Announces Availability of S.M.A.R.T. VoIP Volume 2

Print Versions of Volumes 1 & 2 Available at Telephony's IP Summit 2006

GOLDEN, Colo., June 1 // -- New Global Telecom (NGT), the leading provider of wholesale hosted VoIP solutions, today announced the launch of S.M.A.R.T. VoIP volume 2. NGT plans to showcase the S.M.A.R.T. VoIP series at Telephony's IP Summit 2006, co-located at GlobalComm in Chicago where volumes 1 and 2 will be available for the first time in print.

Volume 2 is the second of three guides dealing with VoIP Strategic Market, Acquisition & Retention Techniques (S.M.A.R.T.). NGT developed the informational series to help Service Providers acquire and retain Small- and Mid-Size Business (SMB) VoIP market share. Availability of volume 2 coincides with NGT's participation in the IP Summit opening session panel entitled "All IP, All The Time".

"We've seen growing demand for VoIP best practices in relation to serving the SMB space," said NGT's VP of Marketing, Guy McAree. "By delivering objective information based on our company's experiences in delivering outsourced VoIP services, we can help Service Providers succeed in the rapidly growing VoIP industry. The great response generated already by volume 1 of the S.M.A.R.T. VoIP series has validated this view."

The S.M.A.R.T. VoIP series contains practical, actionable information organized in a step-by-step fashion around three specific topic areas -- market assessment, acquisition of SMB end-users and customer retention. S.M.A.R.T. VoIP volume 2 focuses on SMB acquisition through identification of sweet spots within the SMB marketplace and creation of value propositions that resonate with target prospects.

Richard Grange, President and CEO of New Global Telecom, will be speaking at the IP Summit during the opening general session, "All IP, All The Time". The session will focus on the transition to an all IP environment and what providers can do to make IP more profitable.

S.M.A.R.T. VoIP is an extension of NGT's previous Planning Guide, entitled 10 Critical Questions to Ask before Launching into VoIP, which was created in 2005 for Service Providers seeking rapid and efficient launch into the VoIP market. The benefits of the S.M.A.R.T. VoIP informational series can be realized by any VoIP Service Provider currently focused on the SMB marketplace. Volume 3 of the series will be available in August.
