Netshape Technologies Announces Acquisition of Capstan Tennessee
Floyds Knobs, Indiana –Â NetShape Technologies, Inc., a portfolio company of Saw Mill Capital LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Capstan Tennessee Inc., a leading powder metallurgy competitor serving the precision components market. From today forward, the facility will do business as NetShape Technologies, Inc. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
