NanoInk, Inc. Appoints Three New Business Development and Sales Executives


SKOKIE, Illinois, April 10, 2006 - NanoInk, Inc., a world-leader in the emerging field of nanometer-scale manufacturing and applications development, today announced the appointment of three senior executives with extensive experience in sales and marketing to the pharmaceutical, technology, and semiconductor industries.

Jim Whittle has been named Vice President, Business Development and joins NanoInk from AT Kearney, where he was a member of the Global Healthcare/Lifesciences sector team.

Mr. Whittle's previous experience includes management and marketing positions at Russell Reynolds Associates, Meiji-McVite's Japan, Keebler, Warner Lambert (now part of Pfizer), and Beecham Products (now part of Bristol Meyers Squibb). He is a distinguished graduate of the J. L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, where he received his MBA with honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science with honors from Brigham Young University.

Bruce Dudzik has been named Senior Director, Business Development for NanoInk. He will focus his efforts on developing partnerships that utilize NanoInk's proprietary DPN® technology in the biotech and lifescience sectors, as well as working to expand the Company's Nanoencryption(TM) business.

Mr. Dudzik joins NanoInk from Affymetrix and brings over 25 years of experience in research, marketing and business development in the microarray and bioscience industry. He has served at senior levels of business development at Affymetrix, and has held leadership business development positions at Amersham, Vysis, and Amoco Biotechnology Division. His biotech experience is particularly well-suited for the future business goals of NanoInk. Mr. Dudzik received his MBA from DePaul University and his BS in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Tom Levesque has been named Senior Director, DPN® Global Sales. He will lead NanoInk's sales and marketing efforts worldwide of the Company's proprietary product, the Nscriptor(TM).

Mr. Levesque joins NanoInk from SYNOVA and has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing capital equipment to the technology industry. He has also worked in senior sales positions at Ascend Instruments, FOSS NIRSystems, WYKO, Kulicke & Soffa Industries, and Fisons Instruments. He is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he earned Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees.
