MRPC Announces Multiple New Hires to Support Continued Business Growth

BUTLER, Wis. (April 11, 2019) – MRPC, a single-source provider of medical device

components and assemblies, announces four new hires, adding to their teams in Butler, WI and Hudson, NH. These hires demonstrate MRPC’s commitment to customer success by continuing to grow a strong, supportive team.  

Bill Jaekel joined the team in Butler, WI as Process Engineer. Bill will be conducting and supporting process development to define best methods to support complex engineering programs. In addition, he will be a critical member of the continuous improvement program for the manufacturing team. Bill has over five years of engineering experience, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified SolidWorks Associate.

Mark Shafranich joined the team in Hudson, NH as Director of Manufacturing. Mark will be working closely with the cross functional team to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met and will assure plant projects are implemented timely, in conjunction with Quality Assurance and Corporate Engineering. Mark is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Lean Manufacturing Trainer, Kaizen Trainer, and 5S Trainer. He has an extensive background in plastics & rubber injection molding as well as robotic automated assembly.

John Berges joined the Corporate team in Butler, WI as Facilities & Automation Engineering Manager. John will provide hands-on support to each of MRPC’s manufacturing locations and will focus on analyzing, planning and ensuring maximum efficiency through proper utilization of human, material, machine and facility resources. John has nearly 25 years of engineering experience, with a focus on managing multiple projects focused on improving the manufacturing process.

Rick Scholzen joined the Corporate team in Butler, WI as Materials Manager. Rick will oversee the production planning activities and is responsible for the master schedule of all MRPC manufacturing facilities. Rick has solid industry experience in materials management, as well as years of experience optimizing enterprise resource planning mechanisms, driving productivity and ensuring on-time deliveries.
