More Than 60 Expert-Led Breakout Sessions Featured at Informatica World 2007

Customers, Industry Gurus Will Provide Intelligence, Information, and Innovative Approaches to Integration

New Technical Sessions Just Announced

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 11 -- Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ:INFA), a leading provider of data integration software, today announced a full schedule of breakout sessions - including extra technical sessions due to attendee request - at its upcoming event, Informatica World 2007.

More than 60 breakout sessions will focus on technology selection, implementation, and successful management of data integration projects.

Five concurrent tracks will offer presentations by customers and partners that have created, managed, and executed successful data integration projects. A variety of industries are represented in those sessions, including financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications and transportation.

In addition to customer-led sessions and industry discussions led by experts, the schedule also offers beginning, intermediate and advanced technology-specific discussions with vendor and industry gurus that focus on technology, architecture, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and solutions.

The event now features an increased number of technical sessions in response to attendee interest and past requests for more in-depth breakouts. "In the past six years I've been working with the product, I've attended four Informatica Worlds," said Anne M. Nudo, enterprise data warehouse team, The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. "Over the years, the conference has moved in the direction of providing more technical expertise for the user. The knowledge I gained through networking with peers and technical experts has been invaluable."

A full schedule of sessions, including the newly available technical sessions is available at www.informatica.com/events/user_conference/ses.htm .

"We're sensitive to the needs of our customer base to get the most up-to- date information not only on Informatica's products but also on current industry issues and implementation strategies," said Brian Gentile, chief marketing officer, Informatica. "By increasing the number of breakout sessions, we're able to give our attendees more opportunities to have access to the sessions that they want and need to do their jobs more efficiently. We want all our participants to be able to enjoy the breadth of intelligence and information available at the conference."
