Millennium Die Group Announces New Team Members

Millennium Die Group is pleased to announce the recent addition of two team members: Bill Lesperance as Production Manager in Massachusetts and Cole Ippolite as Plant Manager in our Wisconsin facility.

Bill started in the industry as a diemaker in 1984 with Lasercomb America, back when all dies were made by hand. “It was truly an art form that required talent and many years of experience to become proficient,” he says.

As the industry evolved, Bill's role changed from mostly production, to working supervisor, and then to management.  Bill was Plant Manager of another major die company for 22 years before joining Millennium Die Group. He always tells people he regrets not joining Millennium much sooner! He knows the diemaking and diecutting industries inside and out and loves to problem solve. In his free time, Bill is also a highly skilled carpenter and cabinet maker. Please contact him at 413-283-3500 x 105

As the Plant Manager of our Milwaukee facility, Cole oversees the day-to-day operations, including technical customer support and logistics. He also works closely with our Massachusetts facility to help create and institute our new Quality Control program.

Cole has been in the business for 30 years. His experience as a master diemaker and his vast knowledge of materials, presses, and all types of rule makes him an invaluable source of information. Cole brings an incredible energy and passion to go “above and beyond.” He prides himself on being able to solve even the most complex customer challenges and create the best custom tool for the application. Please feel free to contact him with any and all of your die-cutting or ejection issues. He can be reached at 414-434-5700 x 205.
