Mike May Promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing


Duncan, S.C. - Feb. 1, 2006 - Daniel L. Jones,
president and CEO of Hayssen Packaging
Technologies, has named Mike May to the position of
Vice President, Sales and Marketing. As a member of
Hayssen's leadership team, May will focus on
expanding Hayssen's global customer base. Hayssen is
a leading provider of flexible packaging solutions and a
member of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc.

Since joining Hayssen in 1996, May has held positions
of increasing responsibility in the company's financial
and sales departments and has had the opportunity to be involved with several
business initiatives, taking a leadership role in the company's continued growth. He
holds a bachelor's degree from The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina and
an MBA from Clemson University in Clemson, S.C.
