Leonard Lauren from Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation First to Serve
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 12, 2007 -- MediaREADY, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MRED), a leading provider of interactive, media-convergent entertainment devices is pleased to announce that it has formed an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will assist the company executives and its Board of Directors to realize their vision of the future. MediaREADY is also pleased to announce that Leonard Lauren, former Vice President at Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation will be the Board's first member.

Mr. Lauren served as Vice President of Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation until his retirement in 2005. Mr. Lauren has also served as President of the Alsten Company, a packaging and display specialist in the jewelry and electronics industry. In addition, he has served on the Board of Director's of Universal Holdings Company, a major insurance company listed on the NASDAQ.
The Advisory Board will counsel MediaREADY's executive management and Board of Directors on a wide variety of issues, including the expansion of the business, financial and technical issues. They will also provide guidance and support for decision-making and strategy formulation and assist in building and growing the business.
