Markem Honored At New Hampshire Internet Awards

KEENE, N.H. (May 5, 2006) - MARKEM Corporation, a trusted world leader in innovative and reliable product identification solutions, recently won first place for the best New Hampshire-based manufacturing company web site at the eighth annual New Hampshire Internet Awards sponsored by NH.com.
The awards, judged by several out-of-state web designers, are presented to companies based on criteria such as: navigation/structure, content, design, functionality and overall experience. MARKEM, acknowledged for its clean look and easy navigation, beat out eight other companies entered in the manufacturing category to win the award. This year's show featured a record setting 307 entries in a total of 22 different categories.
"This award is real testament to the hard work the MARKEM web team has done over the past two years," said Michael Hoefer, web marketing & content manager at MARKEM. Hoefer went on to add, "We will not rest on our laurels, but will continue to make content, design and usability improvements to the site to meet our customers' needs."
