Mahr Federal Names J. Robin Palermo Director of Marketing and Customer Service
PROVIDENCE, RI –Â Mahr Federal has named veteran communications professional J. Robin Palermo as Director of Marketing and Customer Service. Headquartered in Providence, RI, and a member of the international Mahr Group, Mahr Federal is a world leader in providing dimensional metrology equipment, from simple and easy-to-use handheld gages to technically advanced measurement systems for form, contour, surface finish and length.
In her new position Robin will direct and oversee all aspects of the company's marketing strategies and marketing communication programs as well as the customer service team. A marketing professional and creative brand strategist with 25 years experience, Robin is noted for developing integrated marketing and communications plans and product launch programs across a spectrum of international B2B and B2C businesses.

Robin most recently headed her own firm, JRobinP Marketing Strategies and Communications Consultancy in Dedham, MA, and has previously held international positions with ZeeVee, a manufacturer of video distribution equipment; Exigen Services, an IT professional services organization in San Francisco, CA; Instron of Norwood, MA, a manufacturer of advanced material testing hardware and software; and DCI Systems, Inc., of Franklin, MA, a manufacturer of robotic positioning and automated dispense systems and software. She is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BA in Business Administration and History, and the Membership Committee Head for The Venture Forum, a non-profit organization for the development and education of upcoming entrepreneurs.
