Norcross, GA: LXE, a wireless supply chain solutions provider, recently won a Stevie Award for Best Customer Service Organization-Computer Hardware & Software at The 2007 American Business Awards held recently in New York.
We are grateful to the American Business Association and its members for recognizing LXE as the Best Customer Service Organization, says Neil Cunningham, LXE's director of customer service. This award really proves to all our employees worldwide that their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction is apparent and visible. This award will also go a long way with our customers as a testament to our total commitment to their satisfaction with our products and service, as this core commitment has been recognized by yet another credible national business association.
Stevie Awards were presented in over 40 categories, including Best Overall Company, Best Executive and Best Customer Service Organization. More than 2,000 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration.
