LXE Recognized as Best Customer Service Organization
ATLANTA - July 2, 2007 - LXE announced today that it won a coveted Stevie Award for Best Customer Service Organization - Computer Hardware & Software from The 2007 American
Business Awards held on June 11 in New York.
In winning the Stevie, LXE surpassed all other finalists in the customer service category,
including SilkRoad Technology, The Sant Corp., Ultimate Software and Unica Corp. Neil
Cunningham, LXE's director of Customer Service, accepted the Stevie Award on LXE's behalf
before a packed ballroom.
"We are grateful to the American Business Association and its members for recognizing LXE as
the Best Customer Service Organization," Cunningham says. "This award really proves to all
our employees worldwide that their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction is
apparent and visible. This award will also go a long way with our customers as a testament to

Stevie Awards were presented in over 40 categories, including Best Overall Company, Best
Executive and Best Customer Service Organization. More than 2,000 entries from companies
of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration.
Finalists were chosen by business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April and May. Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs subsequently selected Stevie winners from among the Finalists.
