Lou Guerci Named President of Bead Electronics

Bead Electronics, an innovative manufacturer of custom contact pins, announced today that Lou Guerci has been promoted to lead the company as President. He will be succeeding Ron Andreoli, who has been in the role since 2007 and recently shared his desire to retire.

Guerci, previously serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing assumed his new role on Jan. 1, 2020, and will now report to Jill Mayer, CEO of parent company, Bead Industries, Inc.

“During his 20 years with the company, Ron has made a significant impact on Bead’s growth, improving the swaging technology and strengthening supplier partnerships. He has been instrumental in the expansion of our Tandem Pin product line and implementation of traverse wound metal strip. He’s been a dedicated leader of our people and our process,” Mayer said.

Andreoli will remain with the company through June, serving as Director of Special Projects and working on a design for Bead’s next generation swaging machines.

"I’ve had the pleasure to work with Lou for many years and have seen first-hand his ability to build relationships with our customers and improve our organization. His integrity, high expectations and passion for the electronics business will ensure our continued success,” said Mayer.

Guerci has advanced engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and more than twenty-five years of experience in the electronics and technology sector, previously working at Winchester Electronics, Amphenol and Teradyne. He has a proven track record of delivering consistent growth across multiple product lines.
