Logue Family Holdings, Inc. Acquires IMET Electronics Corporation

Warminster, PA — MARCH 2019 – The Logue Family Holdings, Inc. announced this month that it has acquired IMET Electronics Corporation.
This acquisition adds a third independent company to the Logue Family Holding’s portfolio, which include ThermOmegaTech, a world leader in the design and manufacturing of self-actuating temperature control technology, and BBQ Guru, which provides temperature control devices such as the DigiQ, CyberQ, and PartyQ, as well as grills and accessories for low and slow cooking.
IMET Electronics Corporation is a leader in US-based contract manufacturing and product development for medical, industrial, military and consumer electronics, as well as LED lighting board manufacturing and turnkey lighting solutions through its proprietary brand, TemitroniK. All three companies share a vertically integrated manufacturing approach of designing, producing, and testing in house and on site.
