LitePoint to Double Its Space

Accommodating its business growth

SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA - October 16, 2007 - LitePoint Corporation, a provider of wireless test system solutions, will be doubling its Silicon Valley facilities area. "Our revenues doubled from 2005 to 2006, and are on track to double, again, by the end of 2007. We're growing and we need the room," said Benny Madsen, chief executive officer.

The new facility adjoins the current one and is expected to be ready for move in by mid-December according to Greg Ravenscroft, LitePoint's president of advanced development.

"We have always been conservative about leasing space and adding people, but we're doing both, now," stated Madsen. "It is indicative of our confidence in this growing market and our place within it," he added.

LitePoint focuses entirely on the wireless market serving IC makers, original design makers (ODMs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and brand-owning companies. Its common-platform systems, using software-defined DSP technology, offer tailored and efficient testing that spans the wireless value chain.

Founded in 2000, LitePoint has had since 2003 an uninterrupted sequence of profitable quarters in the $500 million market for testing Wi-Fi devices. Its new products expand LitePoint's testing footprint with WiMAX, WiMedia, BlueTooth and ZigBee testing capabilities. As the wireless test market begins serving a converged wireless market in the next two years, the sales opportunity is expected to quadruple.
