LINPAC Materials Handling Adds Three New Automotive Industry Specialists

GEORGETOWN, KY (January 23, 2006) - LINPAC Materials Handling is pleased to announce the addition of three new industry specialists to LINPAC's Global Automotive Solutions Team: Jason Green, Joe Creeden, and Bruce Hale. All three will support the needs of automotive customers and their suppliers as they work to meet the demands of their global supply chains. In addition to the company's high-quality ROPAK(TM) reusable container systems and tote systems, the LINPAC Global Automotive Solutions Team helps users integrate reusable packaging throughout their manufacturing, warehousing, storage, and transportation cycle. Green is based at the company's Detroit-area location in Troy, Mich.; Creeden is based in Marion, Ohio; and Hale is based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

At LINPAC, Green's responsibilities as industry solutions engineer include engineering design and dunnage design sales and service. Previously, he was a project manager for the engineering services group of Ghafari ESG in Dearborn, Mich., where his responsibilities included developing solutions for the flow of material within plants, as well as storage area layouts, equipment and facility requirements, and safety analysis. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Dearborn, Mich., with a Master's Degree in industrial & systems engineering.

Creeden will focus on reusable container and customized dunnage sales to companies in the automotive industry and their suppliers in the midwestern region of the United States. Prior to joining LINPAC, Creeden was a sales and design consultant for Mid Ohio Packaging in Marion, Ohio, where he drew upon his extensive knowledge in both returnable and expendable packaging and dunnage to help customers find the best solutions for their materials handling needs. He holds an Associate's Degree in mechanical engineering from Marion Technical College in Marion, Ohio.

Hale will provide support to the Global Automotive Solutions Team's new business development group, as well as work to implement and manage container leasing programs, container pooling, and international supply chain systems for customers in a variety of industries, including automotive. Before his employment with LINPAC, Hale was a partner in Cormorant Seafoods Inc.--a company he founded in 2001--headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. While there, Hale purchased raw materials, developed processing techniques, managed international marketing, developed overseas trade opportunities, and oversaw all operational logistics. He graduated from the University of Victoria, in Victoria, British Columbia, with a focus on commerce and computer science.
