MIDLAND, Mich.: Dow Corning Corporation has promoted Larry Carbary to the position of Construction Industry Scientist. "Larry is as an expert who is passionate about his work and innovative in his approach. Since joining Dow Corning in 1982, he has worked tirelessly with various industry organizations such as the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), one of the largest and most trusted sources for global technical standards.
