Lauren Manufacturing Promotes Harding to Customer Service Manager

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio – March 2, 2015 Lauren Manufacturing, a full service provider of standard and custom extruded and molded sealing solutions, has announced the promotion of Jaci Harding to Customer Service Manager.

In her new role, Harding will ensure that Lauren continues to provide exceptional customer service, while she helps to foster the professional development of the customer service staff. Harding joined Lauren in 1996 as a college student and lab technician and later moved on to the role of Business Unit Coordinator. Harding then earned a position as a full-time customer service representative before taking the title of Key Account Manager, a position she held for the past two years.

Harding attended Kent State University at Tuscarawas and Ohio University Eastern, and she holds an Associate’s Degree in Environmental Technology and a Bachelor’s of Specialized Studies in Social Service. Harding resides in New Philadelphia, Ohio with her husband and two children.
