NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio –The Association of Rubber Products Manufacturers (ARPM) has appointed Lisa Huntsman, president of Lauren Manufacturing, to its Board of Directors. Established in 2010, ARPM has become the association of choice for rubber products manufacturing executives around the globe.
“I was honored when I was asked to sit on the association’s board of directors,” says Huntsman in response to her appointment. “Lauren has been a manufacturer of elastomeric products for more than 50 years. Having an association now that is more tailored to the needs of our industry is an exciting and welcome partnership. I look forward to working with other company leaders in supporting the mission of ARPM for current as well as future members.”
As part of her responsibilities Huntsman will assume an active role in ARPM by attending board meetings throughout the United States. She will participate in the ARPM Annual Conference as a speaker, moderator or facilitator, and will encourage mutually beneficial relationships among members and association sponsors. In addition to recruiting new members and serving on assigned committees, she will collaborate in benchmarking surveys established to sustain and expand a valuable knowledge base available through ARPM member services.
