Larry Taylor Appointed Senior Manager Special Accounts for Ed Fagan Inc.
Mr. Larry Taylor has been appointed Senior Manager Special Accounts at Ed Fagan Inc. The announcement was made by Jeff Hopkins, General Manager. Mr. Taylor will be responsible for expanding the global sales of Ed Fagan Inc.'s line of special purpose alloys and metals.
Mr. Taylor comes to Ed Fagan Inc. (www.edfagan.com) with over 40 year's of experience with Carpenter Technology Corp. a leading manufacturer of Controlled Expansion and Soft Magnetic Alloys. While at Carpenter he worked with the company's domestic, international, and subcontracting customers in over 25 countries managing customer needs in areas such as, product design, logistics, marketing, distribution, global transportation, just-in-time delivery operations, coordinating service center startups, and customer relations.
Mr. Taylor oversaw Carpenter's strip and bar products including Carpenter's line of nickel-iron controlled expansion alloys such as Kovar, Invar, Super Invar 32-5, Alloy 42, Alloy 46, Alloy 48, and Alloy 52; as well as the company's soft magnetic alloys such as Hiperco 50 50A, Vim Var Core Iron, High Permeability 49, and HyMu 80. He has worked with major global OEMs and their subcontractors, including Delphi, Siemens, Bosch, Allied Signal, Hamilton Sundstrand, General Electric, Honeywell, Emerson Electronics, and General Motors; as well as for a variety of high-technology industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Electronics, Automotive, and Telecommunications.

Larry and I worked together for many years at Carpenter Technology Corp. before I joined Ed Fagan Inc. Larry's international sales experience will be an asset in our efforts to increase our sales globally. In addition, he will add to our staff's overall technical expertise in the use of these materials. His combination of experience, technical expertise, and his relationships with global manufacturers and subcontractors makes Larry a perfect fit for Ed Fagan Inc.
Mr. Taylor holds a B.S. in Management - Marketing Science from Saint Josephs University, Philadelphia, PA.
