Lapeyre Stair announced today a guaranteed lead time program as part of their commitment to eliminate all stair manufacturing delays from the construction industry. This guarantee makes Lapeyre Stair the only stair manufacturer to offer a money-back guarantee for fabrication lead times.
"Today, we launch the only guaranteed lead time in the industry to demonstrate our commitment to save approximately $15,000 per project in costs related to late stair deliveries," said Elliot Mertz, Lapeyre Stair President. "Our specialization in stair design and fabrication means our customers get the most consistent quality, customer service and dependable delivery in the industry."
For any order of less than $50,000, the specified Lapeyre Stair product(s) will ship from Lapeyre Stair within 20 working days after final drawings are mutually approved. If the order does not ship within the specified time frame, a credit of $500 will be applied per day until the order ships. This credit will be deducted from the purchase price up to 20 percent of the total value of the shipment. This time frame extends to 30 working days for orders that include any galvanized parts.
