LABTEC LLC Wins Major Contracts Worth Over AED 11 Million in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
LABTEC LLC, a subsidiary of M'sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments and leaders in the manufacturing and commissioning of turnkey solutions in the laboratory furniture domain, has won two major contracts with a total value of over AED 11 million for the supply and installation of a wide range of laboratory furniture.
The first contract, worth AED 7 million, was signed with the University of Sharjah Teaching Hospital for the supply and installation of laboratory furniture; pharmacy furniture; utility area requirements; furniture for sterilization areas, nurse stations and counters; melamine laminated wooden doors; wooden and metal door frames; fire rated doors and window screens. The completion date for the project has been set as December 30, 2007.
The second contract, worth AED 4.2 million, was finalised with (ADNOC), Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. The project involves the design, supply and installation of laboratory furniture for the historical geology lab, geosciences lab, reservoir fluid properties lab, machine tools lab, steps lab, reservoir rock lab, chemical lab, physics lab, instrument lab, thermodynamics lab, reactor lab, signal analysis lab, power distribution lab, stratigraphy-paleontology lab, material lab and computer labs at The Petroleum Institute Ladies Campus Building-Phase II (Arzana Building SAS Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi. This project is scheduled for completion by August 15, 2007.
