L.H. Dottie Continues Support of the Los Angeles Electrical Training Institute
L.H. Dottie Company is proud to be a part of the Los Angeles Electrical Training Institute's effort in launching its new Metal Enclosure Lab. Several sizable donations of parts and tools were literally hand trucked from the Dottie warehouse to their neighbors at the Institute.
Don R. Davis, the Executive Director of the ETI, responded to the donation. "Words cannot really express the gratitude we have for [Dottie's] most generous gift of hole saws, Dottie Tip-Bits(TM), and other accessories for the launch of our Metal Enclosure Lab. Today was our inaugural launch of this lab, and what a valuable learning and skill improvement opportunity it was for these young men." Mr. Davis went on to state, "I wish you could have witnessed their intensity and spirit to answer the challenge of this lab." It is the hope of the dedicated teaching staff at the Institute that the new lab will aid their students in learning a valuable career which will serve their families and our city for years to come.
Dottie plans to continue supporting the ETI as well as its affiliated union the IBEW/NECA in its future endeavors to strengthen the industry with highly skilled and knowledgeable workers, while Dottie does its part to offer the industry high quality parts and tools to get the job done, whatever it may be.
