KOM International Names Christian Andrés Senior Partner
MONTREAL, Quebec, Canada, January 23, 2007 - KOM International Inc., a global leader in supply chain consulting, announced today that Mr. Christian Andrés of KOM Caracas was named Senior Partner.
Responsible for the firm's office in Caracas, Venezuela, and attending the Andean Region in South America and the Caribbean, Mr. Andrés originally joined KOM International in July, 1998. He quickly established himself as a leader in successfully selling and implementing new consulting services to firms throughout the Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America.
Mr. Andrés' specialty is distribution center design, with experience in the Grocery, Pharmaceutical, Soft Drinks, Poultry, and other consumer goods industries.
Christian Andrés is a graduate of the IESA MBA program, the most prestigious Business School in the Andean region. Prior to completing his MBA, Mr. Andrés obtained his Industrial Engineering degree from the Catholic University of Venezuela.
Mr. Andrés attends WERC annually and supports the development of logistics in Venezuela through his membership in the Venezuelan Logistics Association (AVELOG).
