Kodak Enhances Picture Kiosk Support in Latin America through Deal with IBM Services

SAO PAULO, BRAZIL - 10 Sep 2007: Kodak (NYSE: EK) has signed an agreement with IBM (NYSE: IBM) to perform hardware and software support services for its KODAK Picture Kiosks in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela and Peru.
Under the agreement signed in June, IBM will provide help desk support for all six countries from call centers in Argentina and Brazil. IBM also will create virtual project offices in each country and provide on-site support for the kiosks at retail locations.
With IBM providing support for the significant growth of the KODAK Picture Kiosk installations throughout the region, Kodak will be able to improve service for retail customers.
