KEMET Announces Dates for the 2007 Annual Shareholders' Meeting and the June 2007 Quarter Earnings Release
Greenville, South Carolina (July 3, 2007) - KEMET Corporation (NYSE:KEM) will hold its Annual Shareholders' Meeting on July 25, 2007 at 10:15 a.m. ET, at the Carolina First Center (formerly Palmetto Expo Center), One Exposition Avenue, Room 102-B, Greenville, South Carolina. The meeting will also be broadcast over the internet and can be accessed at www.kemet.com/ir. A replay of the meeting will be available until August 8, 2007, through the same link.
On July 25, 2007, at 8:00 a.m. ET, the Company will release earnings for the June 2007 quarter and will hold a conference call to discuss the earnings release at 9:00 a.m. ET on that date. The call will last approximately one hour. After an initial presentation, questions will be taken as time permits.
