Jaygo has an innovative Altern Mill - Ultra-Fine Wet Grinding Batch Mill
The Altern Mill is a clean, safe, closed milling system that offers high quality reproducible batches. The mill combines the features of a High Speed Disperser and with those of a Multi Media Mill into one State-of-the-Art unit. Typical products include Lipsticks, Cosmetics, Paints, Inks, Coatings, and Dyes.
The unique grinding chamber reduces production time and decreases manufacturing costs. The mill is used in FDA approved applications. It’s jacketed for heating/cooling allowing pre-melting of waxes and polymers and control of heat sensitive dispersions. Mill sizes range from 1 to 500 liters. Testing on an 8 liter lab unit is now available in Jaygo’s lab or yours.
