Debuting at ISM2016, eISM Enhances Robust ISM Professional Development Programs
PHOENIXÂ – ISM announced today at ISM2016 the debut of eISM, the online learning program built to suit the busy lifestyles of today’s leading supply chain and procurement professionals. eISM features a number of distinct learning options that can be tailored to the needs of the individual, varying from self-led just-in-time learning modules to guided learning sessions with live instructors – allowing anyone at any stage of their career to advance in a way best suited to their personal learning style.

eISM features an assessment tool and content expertise only available through ISM and works in tandem with existing ISM educational tools and resources. Courses can be taken as part of ongoing education, or individuals can apply education credits from completed courses toward their Certified Professional in Supply Management® (CPSM®). Individuals can now gauge competencies against the ISM Mastery Model™ and strengthen any gaps using eISM, in addition to ISM’s other educational resources.
While all professionals can benefit from this new model, it can be particularly beneficial for large corporate enterprises as eISM makes training available to globally dispersed team members who may have limited time for ongoing education in the workplace.
eISM is tablet- and mobile-friendly to align with the needs of busy professionals. Nearly 2,000 individuals are expected to use eISM within the next year.
