Offers Unique Benefits for Value Added Resellers, Managed Services Providers, Hosting Companies and Technology Partners

The new program presents one standard, global partnership program that extends the Company's technology business unit's reach beyond its traditional base of North America into other key geographies and vertical markets. With this program, Iron Mountain Digital equips its partners with the tools and resources they need for success, including dedicated channel management and technical and market development resources.

The Global Partner Program allows partners serving the SMB and the Enterprise markets to offer the solutions to their customer base in a way that fits their business model, whether they leverage Iron Mountain's hosting facilities, host the data, or sell products where the customer hosts the data.

o Value Added Reseller (VAR) Partner: Designed for VARs who have chosen
to resell Iron Mountain Digital's data protection solutions to their
Enterprise or SMB customers.

o Managed Services Provider (MSP) Partner: MSPs can take advantage of a
dedicated channel program that allows them to integrate Iron Mountain's
Connected Backup and LiveVault server backup services into their
portfolios, while hosting the data at Iron Mountain's secure data
centers.

o Hosting Partner: Includes mobile and land-line telecommunications and
hosting companies who have chosen to extend their services to business
customers by hosting Iron Mountain's data protection services.

o Technology Partner: Leaders in their chosen markets whose
complementary solutions combine with Iron Mountain's offerings to
provide comprehensive information protection and management solutions.

In addition to leveraging Iron Mountain's brand and technical leadership, partners receive the following benefits as members of the Iron Mountain Partners Program:

o Dedicated Channel Management Resources: Partners are assigned
experienced field-based channel managers who will help them with pre-
sales and technical resources for Iron Mountain Digital's solutions.

o Technical Resources: Iron Mountain offers both technical training and
professional services to partners, whether they are MSP or hosting
partners who are offering first-level support, or they are partners who
are hosting Iron Mountain applications. Iron Mountain also offers
