Interwoven is on the Move to Better Accommodate Employees, Customers, and Company Development

SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 24 /-- Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ:IWOV), the global leader in content management solutions, today announced the relocation of its global headquarters from Sunnyvale, California to San Jose, California. Interwoven's headquarters is designed to better meet the needs of Interwoven's growing employee base, as well as to create a better experience for visiting partners and customers. Additionally, the location offers greater access to public transportation and over 80 percent of Interwoven's employees are located nearer to the new site, making it a more convenient and environmentally friendly commute.

The new facility is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology such as wireless access throughout, a Voice over IP (VoIP) communications system, and the latest in audio and video conferencing technology. As a result of this technology upgrade, Interwoven is donating computers, monitors, and printers to Hope Services, a local community charity. In addition, all inoperative equipment from the previous location will be recycled.
