Both the ICP Talent Tipsheet and the Internship & Co-Op Guide are excellent resources for distribution company or manufacturing company owners, human resources managers and others in the industrial distribution and manufacturing workspace tasked with hiring and managing young workers, specifically those from "Generation Y."
