IBM Selects Electronic Business Solutions as IBM BladeCenter Solaris Integrator

EBS and IBM announce relationship to support the sale of IBM BladeCenter servers running Sun Solaris
NORTH BILLERICA, Mass., Sept. 7 //-- Electronic Business Solutions (EBS), a full service systems integrator, and IBM Business Partner, Sun Microsystems Solaris OEM and system integrator, has been appointed by IBM to sell and support IBM System x and BladeCenter servers running the Solaris operating system.
EBS is an industry expert in integrating Solaris to non-Sun Microsystems hardware and is the only company authorized by Sun to support legacy versions of Solaris.
"EBS has been one of the pioneers of Solaris x86 since SUN re-introduced Solaris x86 to the market in early 2000," said Fran Oh, CEO of EBS. "This has been possible because of our relationships with Sun's Solaris group and IBM BladeCenter. We will be one of the first integrators to be able to offer the SUN OS and IBM platforms for clients to take full advantage of today's latest and the greatest technology."
