IBM Express offering Apple iPod shuffle program
If you acquire a selected qualifying new IBM SMB Express offering, you can receive an eligible new Apple® iPod® 1 GB shuffle (approximate value $149 USD; $185 CAD) at no additional charge.
There is a limit of one Apple iPod 1 GB shuffle at no additional charge per customer location (single building with a single mailing address).

Start and/or end dates
For purchase transactions, IBM invoices for the qualifying products must have a date of on or after November 1, 2005.
For lease transactions, signed and accepted Leasing Certificates of Acceptance, or lease contracts with "Deemed Acceptance" for the qualifying products must have a commencement date of on or after November 1, 2005.
No-charge Apple iPod shuffle request forms must be received by IBM no later than two months after the invoice date or lease commencement date of the qualifying Express offering.

Additional information/conditions
To receive the no-charge Apple iPod 1 GB shuffle, a signed and completed Apple iPod shuffle request form (see attached), along with the specified documentation, must be received by the IBM Redemption Center no later than two months after the invoice date or lease commencement date of the qualifying Express offering.
The following are acceptable proofs of acquisition:
a legible copy of the IBM invoice for the qualifying IBM SMB Express offering, or
a legible copy of the signed and accepted Leasing Certificate of Acceptance or lease contract with "Deemed Acceptance" for the qualifying IBM SMB Express offering which lists the machine type and model, feature number if applicable, or part number, as applicable, and serial number.

Can this offer be combined?

Terms and conditions

As proof of purchase, send copies of invoices, Leasing Certificates of Acceptance, or lease contracts with "Deemed Acceptance" to the IBM Redemption Center at the address listed below.
Invoices and lease contracts must be either typewritten or computer generated and itemized to include machine type, model, feature number if applicable, or part number as applicable, and serial number. Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted.
The name and company appearing on this form must match the information provided on the invoice.
To qualify for the no-charge Apple iPod shuffle, this signed form, along with requested documentation, must be received no later than two months after the invoice date or lease commencement date of the qualifying new Express offering, at:

Any request forms lost or misdirected by the Postal Service or other delivery service are not the responsibility of IBM or the IBM Redemption Center.
