Hyland Software Honors Four Credit Unions
Awards Recognize Innovative Usage Of OnBase® Enterprise Content Management System
CLEVELAND, Aug. 7 / -- Hyland Software Inc., developer of the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) software suite, announced that four of its customers were honored at the 2007 Credit Union OnBase Training and Technology Conference in Anchorage, Alaska.

Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union received the OnBase Vision Award for its enterprise-wide usage of OnBase, as well as its implementation of new OnBase solutions. Increasing operational efficiency with OnBase allowed Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union to provide unparalleled member service, maintain high levels of accountability and meet ever-changing regulatory compliance demands. With new solutions such as OnBase's branch capture and workflow functionalities in place, Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union has continually expanded and enhanced its ECM functionality and rolled it out to each credit union employee.
Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union was awarded with the OnBase Innovative Solution Award for its unique usage of OnBase to dramatically change the way the credit union does business. In addition to their other service focused initiatives, Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union improved e-Service functionality by automatically sending wire transfers to both domestic and overseas banks in international and U.S. currencies.
BayLands Federal Credit Union received the Member Service Award recognizing its rapid and impressive service improvements for its members. Each BayLands Federal Credit Union employee, from the CEO to front-line tellers, can now instantly access all member documents and reports across the credit union's three branches in a single repository, thus enhancing the overall member satisfaction level.
Spokane Teachers Credit Union was honored with the OnBase Social Responsibility Award recognizing the credit union's voluntary activities demonstrating its exceptional commitment to conservation, environmental stewardship and community building.
In addition to using OnBase to replace its paper-based processes, STCU participates in a large number of community initiatives, including participating in the annual Spokane River Clean-Up to remove garbage and other waste from the banks, actively supporting Habitat for Humanity, the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and the Children's Miracle Network.
