Salesforce.com Customers Can Now Deploy Personal Sales Goals Directly Within Their Salesforce Implementations

Until now, the concept of "Activity Quotas" has not been addressed in the Salesforce application. Personal Sales Goals solves that problem for Salesforce customers everywhere. Personal Sales Goals allows managers to work with their sales people to develop individual sales plans which establish the right activity and productivity goals for each sales person. Targets can be specific to individuals or consistent across the organization.
