Hampshire Controls’ New Ownership
After successfully leading Hampshire Controls (1 Grove Street, Dover, NH 03820) for 18 years, delivering the superlative products and services that you have come to expect, Diane Rush will be retiring as Owner and President Emeritus of Hampshire Controls on December 31, 2021.
While we will miss Diane’s exceptional leadership and heartwarming friendship, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Michael Pilon, a 30-year veteran from the bioanalytical instrumentation industries, has purchased Hampshire Controls from Diane effective August 16, 2021. Dr. Pilon’s most recent role was as the General Manager of one of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s most successful business units. During his 17-year tenure, the business grew 600% by supplying critical life-saving imaging technologies to radiation oncology clinics and unique scientific imaging technologies to the analytical instruments industries.
Please be assured that there will be no near-term changes in Hampshire Controls’ product line or services. Hampshire Controls’ will continue to deliver the extraordinarily high-quality products and services it has been supplying since its founding in 1976. Payments to vendors and payments from customers will continue to be processed with the same procedures and through the same accounts as in the past. Hampshire Controls continues to enhance its products and services, and we have exciting plans for new offerings focusing on our mission to SAFEGUARD YOUR PRECIOUS BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS!
