Greenlee Promotes Ellis to Director of Marketing


ROCKFORD, Ill. March 10, 2006 -Martha Kness, Vice President Marketing at Greenlee, a Textron company, recently announced the promotion of Chera M. Ellis to Director of Marketing on her staff.

Ellis will be responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of the marketing of the company's products and services. This includes program and promotion development, advertising, trade shows, packaging and merchandising. Ellis will also continue to serve as the Product Manager for the Test & Measurement, Bending, Storage Box and Material Handling product lines until a replacement is named.

Ellis joined Greenlee in October 2000 as Sr. Product Manager - DSV tools and most recently held the position of Sr. Product Manager - Test & Measurement. Prior to Greenlee, Ellis worked at Sta-Rite Industries, Inc., where she held the position of Assistant Product Manager. Ellis has also held positions as Senior Packaging Buyer for Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation and Commodities Buyer for Parker Pen/Gillette Stationary Products Division. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix in April 2005.
