GlobalWare Solutions Secures $11 Million in Additional Funding

HAVERHILL, Mass., Feb. 13, 2007 -- GlobalWare Solutions
(GWS) today announced the closing of a $1.0 million senior facility with FGI Financial in Singapore and Hong Kong, and a $10 million round in the United States with funds managed by Mezzanine Management, LLC ("MML").
