Gary Herron Joins Crestron as Director of Customer Support


Crestron Enhances Customer Service & Technical Support Experience; Hires New Director of Customer Support

Rockleigh, NJ, November 10, 2010 - Crestron today announced the appointment of Gary Herron as its new Director of Customer Support. Herron will be responsible for leading the customer service and technical support departments. The award-winning True Blue team is committed to supporting Crestron dealers and programmers, enabling them to deliver the best technology solutions and client care on the planet.

Herron has 20 years experience in sales, operations and customer service. Prior to joining Crestron, Herron was Director of Sales Customer Support at LG Electronics where he lead the Customer Support and Order Fulfillment departments supporting the sales organization's home appliance, home electronics and commercial air conditioning divisions for all national and regional accounts in the US for the North American region.
