SALT LAKE CITY, July 18, 2011 - Garb Oil & Power Corporation (GARB) (OTCQB: GARB) and PSP Venture, Inc. are pleased to announce a consulting and public relations alliance. PSP Venture, Inc. will provide its services in developing and carrying out Garb's strategic business plan, PR and marketing campaigns.
