GAF Decking Systems Announces DuraLife(TM) Family Lineup

WAYNE, NJ - GAF Decking Systems recently announced the realignment of its decking and railing products under the unified brand of DuraLife(TM) decking systems. The goal of the DuraLife(TM) Collection is to provide safe, durable decking systems that allow homeowners to focus more on enjoying time with friends and family and less time and expense on deck maintenance. As part of this rebranding effort, the product formerly known as CorrectDeck CX® will be renamed the DuraLife(TM) Siesta(TM) Collection, which better represents the product's benefits, including its ultra-low maintenance composition, allowing homeowners time to take a "siesta" on their deck rather than worrying about maintaining their deck.

The full GAF Decking System product lineup offers a comprehensive selection of products to meet customers' needs, including:

o DuraLife(TM) Siesta(TM) Collection (formerly CorrectDeck CX® Decking)... the #1 composite decking product recommended by the leading consumer advocate magazine, the Siesta Collection is a leading ultra-low maintenance solution for property owners. (Note: Although the name has changed, CorrectDeck CX's award-winning product formulation has not.)

o DuraLife(TM) Natural Grain Collection... beautiful decking with a natural grain finish--and a price to fit most budgets.

o DuraLife(TM) RailWays®... universal railing system that is safe and strong with a beautiful appearance. Great match for any leading deck board brand and a perfect fit for any GAF Decking Systems product.

o DuraLife(TM) Dock Collection... specially formulated dock planks that help withstand some of the harshest marine environments.

o DuraLife(TM) Porch Collection... classic porch flooring look that meets low maintenance composite performance.

There will be no changes to the actual ordering process for CorrectDeck CX. Marketing materials, including a new and improved product brochure, signage and samples, are currently available to contractors.
