Linde demonstrates vertical integration, enabling biotech production.
CLEVELAND, (April 10, 2006) - Currently showcased at BIO 2006 Chicago, Linde is flexing its global clout to the largest gathering of biotechnology constituents in history. Among the 1,600 exhibitors, Linde stands out as the only manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceutical-grade gases tested in accordance with U.S. (USP) European (EP) and Japanese (JP) Pharmacopoeias that is also capable of biopharmaceutical facility design and construction.
Sister divisions, U.S.-based Linde Gas LLC and Linde-KCA -Dresden GmbH, offer a full complement of gas and engineering solutions for biotechnology or chemical production of active pharmaceutical ingredients to fulfill stringent FDA and GMP quality assurance requirements. Show attendees can view innovative pharmaceutical gas supply delivery systems and equipment, plus discuss architecture and civil construction variables for technical equipment and clean room design.

Last August, Linde Gas LLC introduced to the North American market its global VERISEQ(TM) Pharmaceutical Gas Concept, a new line of pharmaceutical gases that meet international biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards for quality and purity.

Linde provides documented analyses to pharmaceutical producers so they do not need to perform analyses on incoming gases.
