Felco Cable Cutters On Exhibit the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Conference & Expo

Loos & Co., Inc., Cableware Division will be exhibiting its products at the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Conference & Expo being held at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL during June 8 to June 10, 2009.

Loos will exhibit the Felco Cable Cutters as a major product feature during this exhibition.

The Felco C7 and C9 cable cutters are an integral part of the installation process for Loos' Seismic Wire Rope / Cable Bracing product line. There is no better tool to make precision cuts in the #12 Red, #18 Blue, and # 36 Blue cables. The Felco cutters make a very clean cut in the cables and never leave frayed ends. This makes the cable very easy to insert into Loos' zinc plated copper oval sleeves when crimping the sleeves to the cable.

In addition to Felco products and Seismic Bracing products Loos offers a comprehensive line of cable hardware, cable fittings, cable swaging tools, and cable swaging machines. Loos, located in Naples, Florida, USA, is on the QPL ( Qualified Products List ) for the US Government to manufacture Mil-Spec cable fittings, terminations, and connectors. Loos operates out of its modern 80,000 square foot manufacturing facility, and employs over 60 full time employees. In 2009 Loos celebrates 51 Years of Progress since the founding of the company in 1958 by Mr. Gus Loos.
