Federation Software Appoints Tad Frysinger as Executive Vice President of Product Development


Denver, CO. March 8, 2006. Federation Software, developers of solutions for the Federated Value Chain(TM), today announced that Tad Frysinger has been appointed Executive Vice President of Product Development. In his new role, this seasoned executive will lead the critical product strategies for the companys leading software technologies that federate PLM data in manufacturing enterprises.

Frysinger brings 25 years of product development and software engineering experience to Federation Software and has previously held senior technical executive positions for companies whose products monitored, managed, or produced mission-critical Enterprise data.

Prior to joining Federation Software, Frysinger served as Chief Architect at Zenodata Corporation advising both technology and business divisions regarding product development issues. Previously, he was VP of Engineering and CTO at Xaffire, Inc., whose products provide deep monitoring and end-user activity information for Enterprise applications. As VP of Engineering at SmartPoint, he led the production of a highly scalable rules-based messaging system, used as the backbone of a web-hosted services product offering.

He has served on several advisory boards for a variety of software companies including Borland Software and Computer Associates, and has been invited to speak at technical conferences both in the United States and Europe. He also spent over a decade in financial services building secure, highly-available transactional systems for trading, accounting and modeling financial instruments. Frysinger graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin, and has a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
